This July, the Daylesford Hotel invites you to experience Christmas in July in the heart of Daylesford, with an evening designed to capture all the nostalgia, indulgence and joy of a traditional winter Christmas celebration.
Beginning with festive pre-drinks by the fire and roaming fiddle before guests are treated to a sumptuous three-course Christmas feast with all the trimmings. Tickets include a generous three-hour drink package, plus live Christmas carols and entertainment hosted by The Martini Set. Guests are encouraged to embrace the festive spirit, with prizes awarded for the best Christmas knits and outfits of the night.
Perfect for groups large and small, Christmas in July at the Daylesford Hotel is set to be one of the season’s most memorable nights out.
Tickets are $165 per person, group bookings are welcome, and numbers are limited.

On Arrival — Canapés
Whipped Smoked Trout Rillettes Tartlets — trout rillettes with cream cheese, crème fraîche, lemon and dill, piped into crisp pastry shells and finished with salmon roe.
Venison & Black Garlic Croquettes — rich venison mince with aromatic black garlic béchamel, rolled in panko and fried golden.
Brie & Cranberry Tartlets — crisp pastry shells filled with soft brie and topped with cranberry relish.
To Start
Roasted Cauliflower & Aged Cheddar Soup — velvety roasted cauliflower soup with mature cheddar, black truffle oil, smoked paprika pepitas and chives. (Vegetarian)
The Shared Feast
Served family-style down the centre of the table.
From the Carvery — Slow-roasted Ginger Beer Glazed Pork with spiced reduction; Rolled Turkey Breast with smoky bacon, dried cherries and pecans, served with pan jus.
Sides — Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes with rosemary and sea salt; Honey-Glazed Carrots with thyme.
Salads — Green Beans with lemon dressing, kalamata olives and toasted almonds; Shaved Fennel, Pear and Rocket with apple cider vinaigrette.
Trimmings — Garlic & Rosemary Focaccia with Salsa Verde and Cranberry & Orange Relish.
Dessert
Traditional Christmas Pudding — warm, spiced, and generously cloaked in hot brandy custard.
