The Bistro

Tucked away from the hum of the public bar, our Bistro offers a more intimate dining experience, set across two levels. With linen-draped tables, soft lighting, and the warm glow of candlelight, it’s the perfect setting for a long lunch, a special celebration, or a leisurely dinner by the fire.

Guests in the Bistro can enjoy the same menu as the public bar, including our wood fired pizzas, alongside a weekly changing blackboard of seasonal, refined dishes available exclusively in this space.

Our Executive Chef, Rob Kabboord, brings a wealth of experience and a touch of his Norwegian heritage to the kitchen, crafting a menu that balances refined technique with the heart and soul of a country pub. Expect thoughtful dishes driven by local produce, classic flavors, and a menu that changes with the seasons—always staying true to the warmth and hospitality of the Daylesford Hotel.
