Beppe's Supper Club is back on Thursday 12 November, and this month it's all about carbonara.
We'll start with aperitivi, a chef's selection, before bowls of fettuccine alla carbonara come out with insalata di farro on the side. You can add La Hoguera Duroc Serrano, aged 18 months, to your carbonara. To finish, there's torta di nocciole, a hazelnut cake.
Good Italian food, shared tables and a glass or two of wine.
$55 a testa. Two seatings, 5:30pm and 7:30pm. Bookings essential.
