There are few things worth leaving the house for on a Wednesday night. A great cut of steak is one of them.
Every week we put a different cut on the pass — carefully sourced, properly rested, and served with a glass of house wine for $35. It might be a ribeye, a scotch fillet, a rump cap, or something you wouldn't normally order. That's the point. The cut rotates every week and is announced Wednesday morning, so there's always a reason to come back and see what's on.
This is midweek dining done properly. No fuss, no fanfare — just good meat, a good glass, and a good reason to get out of the house.
