Highlights include the Negrananas, where tequila is infused with pineapple skins for a tropical lift, and the bold Pepperoni Negroni, built on pepperoni fat-washed gin and charred bell pepper vermouth – a playful nod to Beppe’s famous pizza. Coffee lovers will gravitate towards the Coffee Negroni, with its rich coffee-infused Campari giving a velvety dark chocolate edge, and for something entirely different, the Afternoon Tea-groni brings honey bush tea and botanicals to the glass, served with a bickie on the side.
