Barbarella and Jai, the enchanting duo behind Swing Time, are known for bending time and genre – reimagining classics from the roaring 1920s through to today’s chart-toppers with a jazz-soaked, toe-tapping twist. Think ragtime rhythms, smooth cabaret flair, and those “wait... is that Beyoncé?” moments that keep the room buzzing.

And what better setting for this musical magic than Bar Bamford – the Daylesford Hotel’s newest and most nostalgic hideaway? Tucked behind the main bar, this elegant space glows under dainty chandeliers, features one of Daylesford’s most iconic open fireplaces, and is wrapped in rich timber and lush textiles that whisper old-world charm.

DJ Jen Moore takes over from 9pm, spinning late into the night. A beloved fixture of the Melbourne and Castlemaine DJ scene, Jen has been collecting, mixing, and spinning vinyl for over 24 years. Her genre-blurring sets span funky, disco, and jazzy house – delivering deep grooves, infectious rhythms, and feel-good energy from start to finish.
