Every great town has a cinema. Daylesford is getting its back.

Phoenix Cinema is a 64-seat community-run space on Vincent Street — a labour of love from a group of passionate locals who believed this town deserved somewhere to gather, watch, laugh, and be moved together. With a bar and cafe, a diverse program of films, festivals and intimate live performances, it is shaping up to be exactly that.

Volunteer-supported and still growing, every dollar raised tonight goes directly to the people behind it. This month the Daylesford Hotel is proud to put our Friday night raffle in their corner.
